Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order within 14 days of purchase, as long as the item has not been shipped yet.

Returns
Products may be returned within 14 days of receiving the order, in accordance with consumer protection laws.
Returned items must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging, including all tags and accessories.
Items that show signs of use, wear, dirt, damage, or washing will not be eligible for return.

Customized, altered, or made-to-order products.
Clearance items or discounted products marked as "Final Sale."
Hygiene-sensitive items (if relevant).

Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise specified.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued within 14 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method only.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
